Victoria Carter has been in the professional practice of Interior Design for over 30 years and has had her own firm for the last 25.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Georgia and has received numerous design awards, including "Best Interior Design" for five years at the "Street of Dreams."
